📋 Description

• Architect scalable, cross-system processes across Salesforce, PartnerStack, Zendesk.
• Lead end-to-end implementations: scoping, requirements, design, prototyping, testing, deployment.
• Partner with senior GTM, Support, and Finance leaders, delivering data-driven insights to shape priorities and strategy.
• Develop and maintain documentation, process maps, diagrams, and scalable frameworks.
• Conduct proactive system audits and performance assessments to identify gaps and deliver high-availability solutions across Salesforce and integrated apps.
• 100% remote; must reside in the U.S.; reports to HQ in New York, NY.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or US equiv in CS/CE/Econ/Analytics +4 yrs in system design.
• Master's or US equiv in same fields +2 yrs experience.
• 2 yrs translating Sales needs into scalable Salesforce and GTM enhancements.
• 2 yrs Salesforce Sales Cloud end user: pipeline, forecasting, opp tracking.
• 2 yrs cross-functional delivery: prototyping, data-driven dev, and rapid iteration.
• 1 yr integration architect: Salesforce, PartnerStack, Zendesk; middleware.
