📋 Description

• Own and evolve CI/CD architecture and developer-facing experience
• Drive improvements to pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability
• Define paths for fast, safe shipping without deep platform knowledge
• Own the delivery process end-to-end from code merge to production
• Champion progressive delivery: canary deployments and automated rollbacks
• Build tooling to make deployments observable, repeatable, and self-service

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Platform/Developer Experience roles focused on CI/CD
• Experience owning a CI/CD platform at admin/architecture level
• Proven ability to design and operate delivery systems at scale
• Hands-on Go and Python production-quality development
• Passion for progressive delivery: canary deployments and rollbacks
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes
• Passion for using AI to improve engineering velocity and quality
