Staff Cloud Platform Engineer - Cloud Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Own and evolve CI/CD architecture and the developer-facing experience
• Drive improvements to pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability
• Define paths that let product teams ship fast and safely
• Own the delivery process end-to-end, from code merge to prod
• Champion progressive delivery: canary deployments and rollbacks
• Build tooling to make deployments observable, repeatable, self-service
• Own and evolve our Internal Developer Portal and self-service experience
• Partner with Cloud Platform teams on infra for developer delivery
• Embed AI tooling into delivery workflows to boost productivity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Platform/DevEx with CI/CD for 200+ engineers
• Experience owning CI/CD platform at admin/architecture level
• Design and operate delivery systems at scale
• Hands-on software dev in Go
• Passion for progressive delivery: canaries and rollbacks
• Cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes platforms
• AI to improve velocity, quality, and DX
• Strong collaboration and influence across teams
• Nice to Have: Built/maintained an IDP in production
• Nice to Have: Experience in both Software and Platform Eng teams
• Nice to Have: Security RBAC and OAuth
