Staff Cloud Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and improve AWS security architecture for engineering, data, and business systems.
• Design multi-account AWS patterns using Organizations, SCPs, and identity federation.
• Establish IAM, encryption, secrets management, logging, data protection, and incident response standards.
• Partner with engineers to harden cloud-native services and ship secure infrastructure quickly.
• Define secure cloud architecture and guardrails; implement security controls as code.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in cloud security, infrastructure security, or cloud architecture.
• Deep AWS security experience: IAM, VPC, encryption, logging, incident response.
• Expertise with IAM, AWS Organizations, SCPs, and multi-account patterns.
• IaC & policy-as-code: Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation; security as code.
• Scripting: Python, Go, TypeScript, Bash.
• Experience securing cloud environments in regulated/industrial contexts.
