Staff Commissioning Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and operationalize the commissioning process for Form’s fielded battery systems
• Execute commissioning and field service tasks on internal test beds and at commercial customer
• Perform remote and on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting of equipment using custom software, SQL
• Design and build custom electromechanical tooling required to troubleshoot and repair fielded
• Work closely with Form’s Product Engineering and Product Management teams to develop a deep

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in renewable energy system commissioning or service engineering roles
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of SCADA communication protocols such as Modbus and DNP3, networking design
• Prior experience with troubleshooting electrical/electronic and mechanical systems, such as HVDC
• Familiarity with distributed, industrial-grade control systems that use microcontrollers and CAN
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
