Identify and recommend second-source and alternate components with Form, Fit and Function to
Review Bill of Materials (BOMs), datasheets, and component specifications and schematics.
Proactively collect, Analyse and manage component obsolescence, End-of-Life (EOL) notifications
Coordinate with suppliers and distributors for technical specifications, samples, qualification
Ensure component level compliance with RoHS, REACH, CMRT and applicable environmental and customer

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience in electronic component engineering, component qualification, or a related
Demonstrated experience in component selection, lifecycle management, alternate sourcing, and
Experience working with component manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and cross-functional
