• 7+ years in content design or UX writing at senior or staff level.
• A learner’s mindset; willing to dive deep on unfamiliar topics.
• Experience working with AI to increase impact or empower others.
• Experience developing content standards or design-system guidelines.
• Think strategically about content and design while executing details tactically.
• Juggle multiple priorities and move quickly across contexts.
