Staff Credit Analyst (Temporary)

📋 Description

• Execute testing plans to validate migrated credit analytics workflows.
• Reconcile legacy and new-system outputs; investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Analytics to troubleshoot and finalize readiness.
• Develop reporting, monitoring, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Support go-live activities: UAT, triage, docs, and stakeholder communications.
• Create training materials and workflows; support end-user adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years in credit analytics, risk analytics, or related quantitative roles.
• Experience data validation, reconciliation, testing, or QA for analytics or operational processes.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience using spreadsheet-based models and translating requirements into scalable processes.
• Knowledge of consumer lending, credit risk, loan performance monitoring, or portfolio analytics.
