🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL for production-grade analytics and dashboard layers.
• Python for statistical analysis, automation, and reusable libraries.
• A track record of raising analytical quality and visualization/monitoring standards on a team — not
• Strong user and behavioral analysis, including building segments, and the ability to connect
• Solid experimentation fundamentals (frequentist and Bayesian, power, guardrails) and a
• Ability to turn complex work into clear, decision-grade narratives for senior stakeholders.
