Staff Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design tenant onboarding to be config-driven, scalable per-tenant
• Own correctness across tenants and models; implement contracts and CI gates
• Own org-identity and access layer for tenant provisioning and RBAC
• Build platform to grow data ontology without breaking downstream
• Partner with field and customers to surface concepts to the canonical model
• Build systems exposing data to AI agents as a first-class delivery channel

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data/software engineering with a production data platform
• Expert Python and SQL; ingestion and modeling are reflexes
• Deep experience with SQLMesh, dbt, Airflow or equivalents
• Strong grasp of analytical warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery) and transactional stores
• Track record of multi-tenant design: isolation, governance
• Experience evolving a schema, data model or ontology in production
