Develop evaluation pipelines using LLMs and agent logs
Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in data engineering with production data platforms ownership
Domain ownership of a data platform or domain
Hands-on evaluation infrastructure experience for ML/AI systems
Experience defining ground truth and labeling guidelines
Production Python, strong SQL, distributed processing, orchestration
Cloud data platform, infrastructure-as-code, CI and on-call experience
