🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS or STEM with staff-level data engineering experience.
• Ability to lead strategy and execution across teams.
• Experience evaluating or implementing Customer Data Platforms.
• Experience with privacy-compliant tracking and consent management.
• Strong opinions on schema design, event taxonomy, and data quality.
• Experience with identity resolution, attribution, or cross-domain tracking.
