Staff Data Engineer - GTM

📋 Description

• Own account data foundation for GTM: account identity, hierarchy, sourcing and enrichment pipelines.
• Build entity resolution and dedupe for Salesforce data at scale.
• Create and operate LLM-powered enrichment with web search and crawling.
• Model account and contact pipelines to deliver CRM-ready data to Sales/Marketing/Ops.
• Integrate with SaaS APIs (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure data quality with tests and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with modern data stack: dbt, Snowflake, Airflow.
• Production experience with LLMs: prompt design, tool calling, web search/crawling, cost and latency
• Entity resolution or deduplication expertise; understand precision/recall trade-offs.
• Hands-on integration with SaaS APIs and business systems (especially Salesforce).
• Strong communication across GTM teams and the ability to explain complex data changes simply.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-changing tooling space.
