Staff Data Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain data systems delivering end customer value
• Centralize and standardize data collection, transformation, storage, and serving
• Support ML/GenAI teams with platform capabilities for data delivery and infra
• Help reporting and analytics deliver internal and customer insights
• Stay current with emerging technologies in a fast-evolving tech ecosystem
• Operationally manage data infrastructure, vendors, tooling, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data platform engineering or related roles
• Strong programming background (e.g. Python)
• Operational maturity: CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, monitoring, security
• Experience building analytics stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Looker)
• Running GenAI/ML systems in production (MLOps tooling, vector search, embeddings)
• Architecting data systems (Airflow, Kafka, general system design)
