🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of data science experience delivering high-impact solutions.
• Master’s or PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or statistics.
• Background in Marketplaces, Healthcare ops, or D2C subscriptions.
• Production-grade ML: build, deploy, maintain models; clean code.
• Expert in attribution, LTV, and churn survival analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong storytelling to execs.
