Staff Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead complex modelling and analytical projects with broad scope.
• Drive cross‑product initiatives to raise technical bar for the data science team.
• Work on hybrid models combining deep learning with traditional data science.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to meet timelines.
• Mentor junior DS and set team standards.
• Scale models from notebook to production and monitor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Biostatistics/Math or related field AND 5+ years of professional data
• Advanced proficiency with deep learning, ML architectures (Transformers, LLMs), and core Python
• Strong experience with MLOps concepts: experiment tracking, packaging, Docker, APIs, CI/CD, and
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders; experience mentoring is a
• Familiarity with timeseries/sequence modelling and handling large, complex datasets.
• Experience with frameworks/tools like PyTorch/TensorFlow, XGBoost, Jupyter, and open-source ML
