📋 Description

• Own the full ML lifecycle—from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement ML models to improve product performance and insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to define scope and metrics.
• Guide architectural decisions and set modeling standards for experiments.
• Mentor data scientists and raise the technical bar through reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science delivering production ML systems with impact.
• Deep knowledge of ML (tree-based, time series, deep learning) and model eval.
• Experience with real-world product data at scale and turning problems into ML solutions.
• Experience with distributed data processing, real-time inference, and ML Ops.
• Mentoring or tech lead experience.
• Python and SQL; ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
