📋 Description

• Partner with engineering teams to develop actionable insights
• Analyze real and simulated driving data to improve the Wayve Driver
• Design experiments and off-road measurements for product requirements
• Investigate training and inference bottlenecks to unlock gains
• Summarise and visualise findings for cross-functional impact
• Influence prioritisation and strategy with data-driven insights

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a Data Science role
• SQL for data transformation pipelines
• Experience with real-world experiments (A/B)
• Foundations in statistics and hypothesis testing
• Proficient in Python (pandas, sklearn, statsmodels, scipy) or R (dplyr, caret)
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills
