📋 Description

• Architect optimization analyses and forecasting models to identify opportunities across Growth
• Partner directly with senior and executive leadership, translating complex analytical findings into
• Design counterfactual analyses and A/B tests to support data-driven improvements to user
• Build data applications that automate and enhance sales and marketing processes.
• Own projects end to end, from defining the business question and selecting the analytical approach
• Work with shared semantic layers and dbt models that power the broader analytics environment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field within a fast-moving business
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead ambiguous, complex, and high-impact analytical problems
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data stacks, including Snowflake, dbt, and BI platforms such
• Strong SQL and statistical modeling capabilities, including practical experience developing
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing and counterfactual approaches.
• Strong understanding of scalable data modeling and experience contributing to shared semantic
