Staff Data Scientist - Ads (AI Native)

📋 Description

• Own development, deployment, and optimization of ML models powering ads at scale.
• Partner with product, data science, cloud engineering, and data eng to design ML solutions.
• Build, train, deploy, and scale ML models via high-availability services or batch workflows.
• Develop algorithms to improve ad delivery performance, optimization, and scalability.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance tracking for ML systems.
• Improve data ecosystems by collaborating with data engineering to create scalable pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and operating ML and optimization systems.
• Strong Python programming with testing, modular design, and version control.
• Experience with ML lifecycle and data tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Spark/PySpark, SQL, Airflow.
• Experience on AWS, GCP, or Databricks; knowledge of cloud infra, security, and storage.
• Experience deploying and operating ML models in production.
