Staff Data Scientist - Ads (AI Native)

📋 Description

• Partner with product and data teams to design, deploy ML solutions.
• Build, train, deploy, and scale ML models via high-availability services.
• Develop algorithms to improve ad delivery, optimization, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate model outputs into production ads.
• Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance tracking for ML systems.
• Improve data ecosystems by creating scalable pipelines for experiments and ML workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and operating ML/optimization systems.
• Strong Python skills with testing, modular design, and version control.
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Spark or Airflow.
• Experience deploying and operating ML models in production.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Databricks.
