Staff Data Scientist - Ads (AI Native)

📋 Description

• Own deep analysis of ads delivery problems and translate to algorithms.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy, run, and operate models.
• Lead ads-optimization models from prototype to production.
• Improve metrics like bid efficiency or inference latency.
• Mentor Data Scientists and define ML engineering best practices.
• Use agentic AI tools (Claude Code) to aid daily work.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in quantitative field or equivalent.
• 8+ years in ML/optimization analysis, implementation, and ops.
• Proficient Python with software engineering practices.
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Spark, Airflow.
• Cloud experience in AWS, GCP, Databricks.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
