📋 Description

• Understand Pinterest ads delivery and quantify opportunities and risks
• Lead projects across Ads Delivery funnel stages
• Design and productionize ML/Evaluation frames: forecasting, recommendation, causal inference

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in web-scale data environments solving hard product analytics problems
• Deep expertise in ML (recommendation/ranking/prediction), Statistical Modeling & Causal
• Strong product intuition for ill-defined, high-impact problems
• Scientific rigor and healthy skepticism; robust, reproducible outcomes
• Exceptional communication to influence technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience mentoring data talent at staff/senior IC level
