🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or OR.
• MS: 10+ years; PhD: 6+ years in applied science or data science.
• Deep understanding of the ads ecosystem.
• Expertise in measurement & experimentation at scale; Identity Graph.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
• Experience with ML or optimization; strong communication.
