Staff Data Scientist - Agentic AI

📋 Description

• Define roadmap for the agentic AI stack: loop, memory, tools.
• Build and run production agent components: reasoning loop, memory, tool calls.
• Design planning and multi-step reasoning for CRM updates and forecasts.
• Own guardrails, evaluation, and A/B testing for agent reliability.
• Apply GenAI methods to revenue models and workflows.
• Design multi-agent coordination and cross-system interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data science or ML with hands-on production agent work.
• Deep ML fundamentals: time-series, causal inference, DL basics.
• Proficiency with LangChain, LlamaIndex, tool-calling concepts.
• Strong Python production coding; modular, typed, tested.
• Experience with memory/state management in agents and tool registries.
• MS or PhD in CS/Statistics/Math preferred.
