• Build and refine underwriting models and other data science models.
• Expand credit modelling and risk analytics for Cashalo.
• Apply advanced modelling to predict loss and leverage alternative data.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in predictive modelling for credit risk or actuarial settings.
• Strong Python, SQL, and ML libraries: scikit-learn, LightGBM, XGBoost.
• Familiar with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or LLM assistants.
• Experience building models from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Clear communication to present findings to non-technical leadership.
