Staff Data Scientist, Client Data & Measurement

📋 Description

• Lead data science work across core business domains and mentor teams
• Own greenfield opportunities to impact multiple teams and domains
• Define data science technology for core business areas and govern initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and data engineers on data needs
• Develop models and analyze large datasets to understand consumer behavior
• Harden pipelines for production deployment and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in data science or ML role
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Analytics or related field
• Strong data storytelling and decision-driving capabilities
• Curiosity with continuous learning; contributions to data science/ML community are a plus
• Expert-level ML algorithms; Python and/or R expertise; Spark/PySpark a plus
• Statistical analysis, experimental design, and time series knowledge
