📋 Description

• Own measurement strategies for Syndio's core user workflows — including offer endorsement
• Partner with engineering to design and validate event instrumentation for new features, ensuring
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into feature adoption, workflow completion, user engagement, customer
• Build and maintain production-grade dashboards and self-serve reporting in Mixpanel, BigQuery, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, analytics engineering, or a closely
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows, using them to accelerate analysis
• Familiarity with emerging AI and BI innovation — including natural-language interfaces, automated
• A track record of setting direction and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with
• Deep proficiency in SQL and strong working proficiency with Python, R, or a comparable analytical
• Advanced knowledge of statistical measurement, benchmarking, experimentation, data modeling
