📋 Description

• Drive data science roadmap for Partnership, Loyalty, Pay teams.
• Partner with org leads to design and scale programs.
• Define objectives and metrics across Rider, Marketplace, and Lyft.
• Apply modeling, advanced analytics, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Drive cross-org alignment and present to VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Mentor junior scientists and raise technical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Stats, Econ, Math, CS.
• 6+ years in data science with causal models.
• Expertise in causal_inference, ML, and experimental design.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience with measurement frameworks incl. counterfactuals.
• Strong communication to executives.
