📋 Description

• Partner with Strategic Finance for Spending data roadmap.
• Build durable analytics infra, moving beyond ad hoc requests.
• Design AI-assisted workflows for self-serve Finance data.
• Mentor analysts; drive proactive problem discovery.
• Communicate insights to executives; data storytelling with Hex/Looker.
• Build dbt/Airflow pipelines; use Claude Code and Cursor.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics across finance and product; scalable infra.
• Partner with Finance/Strategic Finance; fluent in unit economics & forecasting.
• Expert SQL and strong Python.
• Deep expertise in experimental design, A/B tests, causal inference; ML.
• Trusted partner to Directors/VPs; influence roadmaps with data and judgment.
• dbt/Airflow pipelines; data storytelling with Hex/Looker; Claude/Cursor tools.
