📋 Description

• Develop causal estimates for long-term impact of short-term moves.
• Build frameworks to estimate long-term impact of product changes.
• Create tools to evaluate heterogeneous impacts of product changes.
• Apply causal inference methods across experiments and quasi-experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in quantitative field (e.g., OR, Econ, Math, Physics)
• Design analytical solutions with real-world impact
• Familiarity with causal inference developments
• 6+ yrs with PhD or 8+ yrs with Masters in experimentation/causal inference
• Strong programming: R, Python, Scala, Java, or C++
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences
• Publications/presentations in data science journals/conferences (a plus)
