📋 Description

• Own product measurement strategy and north-star metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years using data to drive product or business decisions.
• Expert SQL; strong Python or R; build reliable, reusable analyses.
• Deep Bayesian experimentation, causal inference, and measurement design.
• Strong modeling judgment; know when to use a model; build/validate/launch responsibly.
• Track record of leading cross-team work and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and influence with executives; align stakeholders.
• Strong product sense and an instinct for decision leverage.
