Staff Database Engineer [m/f/d]

📋 Description

• Own complex database activities for MSS and customer DBs across dev, test, prod.
• Design, administer, and support DB systems in 24/7 operations.
• Resolve incidents and deliver robust, secure, high-performing services.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production systems.
• Apply best practices in database administration, tuning, and automation.
• Collaborate with teams to improve schema, queries, and transaction handling.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Oracle DBA with hands-on Oracle 12c/18c/19c.
• Experience in high-availability environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Deep knowledge of backup, recovery, security, and tuning.
• Proficient with RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle GoldenGate.
• Experience with Diagnostics Pack, OEM, Zabbix, Grafana.
• Strong SQL performance tuning, tracing, and root cause analysis.
• Linux and Windows server administration; on-call readiness.
• Collaborates well with DBA/infra teams.
