🎯 Requirements

Hands-on experience with databases inside the product; OLTP, indexing, queries, and schema design.
Comfortable writing code in the product stack and reasoning at the database layer.
Deep expertise with PostgreSQL in high-volume production; MongoDB → Postgres migration a plus.
Expertise in schema design, indexing, query optimization, and zero-downtime migrations.
Experience scaling systems through significant traffic and data growth; understands access patterns at scale.
Strong software engineering ability; writes, reviews, and ships production code.
