📋 Description

• Role: shape Thunderbolt product experience as it moves to enterprise use cases.
• Work across product design, front-end engineering, prototyping, and AI-enabled development.
• Turn ideas and feedback into prototypes and production-ready experiences directly in the codebase.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and enterprise teams to refine direction.
• Develop reusable components and patterns to accelerate the team.
• Maintain strong focus on usability, accessibility, security, and trust in AI-powered workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in design engineering, front-end/UX engineering, or related roles with leadership impact.
• Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and component-based frameworks.
• Excellent product and interaction design judgment (usability, IA, workflows).
• Experience designing AI-enabled product experiences (chat, search, automation, knowledge
• Ability to translate ambiguous concepts into usable workflows and prototypes.
• Experience mentoring and leading across cross-functional teams; strong communication.
