📋 Description

• Set and run Design Ops strategy, from roadmap to delivery
• Own AI-first design tooling strategy in partnership with Design Leaders
• Architect systems that scale the design org year over year
• Define and execute design culture, rituals, and outcomes
• Build and run Mercury Design's external presence strategy
• Define onboarding and enablement for new designers

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of independently setting strategy for a horizontal function
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• High standard for quality and accountability across teams
• Ability to break down silos and influence across product areas
• Comfortable making decisions to a conclusion without full consensus
• Builder's mindset: own strategy and execution from concept to delivery
