🎯 Requirements

7+ years in design program management or related roles
Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional programs
Comfort with ambiguity and independent problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and how they affect design work
Experience with Figma, Jira, and GitHub is a plus
