📋 Description

• Own design system evolution: components, tokens, patterns, docs, governance.
• Partner with engineers to ensure design quality in production.
• Write and review HTML, CSS, and React to align specs with shipped products.
• Establish standards for interaction, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Conduct audits to identify gaps between design and live experiences.
• Mentor designers to strengthen practices and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design in growth-focused or outcome-driven environments.
• Proven experience designing, launching experiments that improve adoption/activation/engagement.
• Strong background in scalable design systems: components, tokens, docs.
• Front-end fluency: read/write production HTML, CSS, and React; collaborate with engineers.
• Systems thinking: show how design decisions affect product and business outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration with design, engineering, product, and business teams.
