🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design, preferably enterprise software.
• Proven lead in design and evolution of complex products via user research and business needs.
• Systems thinking to simplify information architecture and workflows.
• Attention to detail and polished, enterprise-grade craft.
• Strong user research and usability-driven design experience.
• Excellent communication to explain decisions to founders, PMs, engineers, and designers.
