Staff Designer

📋 Description

• Own evolution and governance of the design system (components, tokens, patterns, docs) with engineering.
• Partner with engineers to ensure implementation matches design intent and scalable UX.
• Build and maintain standards for interaction design, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Conduct audits and develop processes/tools to identify gaps between concepts and shipped experiences.
• Mentor designers with structured feedback to raise problem-solving and design quality.
• Collaborate with product managers to connect design decisions with adoption, retention, and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design with growth/experimentation/outcome-driven environments.
• Proven ability to design, test, and launch experiences that boost adoption or metrics.
• Extensive experience building and managing design systems at scale (components, tokens, docs).
• Strong front-end skills: production HTML, CSS, and React to bridge design and implementation.
• Excellent systems thinking; understand how design decisions affect product patterns.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams.
