📋 Description

• Lead the design system strategy, development, and governance.

• Contribute to frontend work with HTML, CSS, and React.

• Mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design, growth, or outcome-driven roles.
• Proven track record shipping experiences that improve outcomes.
• Extensive design systems experience: components, tokens, docs.
• Strong understanding of scalable design principles and ecosystems.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, and React; collaborate with engineers.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into design solutions.
