• 10+ years in visual design or creative direction
• Exceptional craft and portfolio across UI and product
• Translate brand into shipped product experiences
• Experience leading cross-functional creative work
• Strong systems thinking; partner with design systems
• Comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed project management
