Staff Developer Advocate, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Travel to enterprise customer sites (~50%) to deliver DevDays
• Prepare hands-on labs, architecture walkthroughs, and workshops
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, AEs, and Customer Success
• Contribute sample apps, labs, and reusable content to DevDays library
• Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and host enterprise office hours
• Deliver webinars on enterprise topics and produce technical content

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems
• Proficiency in Temporal SDK languages (Python, Go, Java, TypeScript) and distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops for senior engineering audiences
• Experience engaging with enterprise engineering orgs and scaling developer tooling
• Experience mentoring others in formal or informal capacity
• Comfort with approximately 50% travel, domestic and international
