Staff Developer Advocate, Enterprise - EMEA

📋 Description

• Travel to enterprise sites across EMEA to deliver Temporal DevDays.
• Prepare and deliver hands-on labs, architecture walkthroughs, and workshops.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, AEs, and CSM to scope engagements.
• Contribute sample apps, labs, and reusable content to the DevDays library.
• Deliver webinars on enterprise topics for European time zones.
• Speak at industry conferences and events across Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems.
• Based in Berlin, Germany, with right to work in Germany.
• Proficiency in Temporal SDK languages: Python, Go, Java, TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops for senior engineers.
• Experience engaging with enterprise engineering teams and scaling tooling.
• Experience mentoring others (formal or informal).
