Staff Developer - AI/ML

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end ML architecture from data ingestion to model serving and monitoring.
• Define the long-term roadmap for AI infrastructure and orchestration framework.
• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of the AI/ML ecosystem.
• Set the standard for MLOps to ensure testable, maintainable ML at scale.
• Cross-functional leadership with Product, Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Architect and evolve LLM-powered apps including RAG pipelines and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Math or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years software engineering, with 4+ years deploying ML models in production.
• Proven Staff/Senior level leadership with mentoring engineers.
• Deep expertise in MLOps: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for scalable AI workloads.
• Python proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
