• Own the DX roadmap and act as the technical lead for the area.
• Own the SDK code-generation architecture and language support.
• Set the standard for developer experience across all SDKs.
• Raise the level of engineers through reviews, docs, and pairing.
• Attack friction at the root; fix systemic causes across segments.
• Build tooling: code-generation pipeline, CI, starter repos, docs.

• A track record of owning developer-facing tooling across multiple languages.
• AI as part of how you build; agentic pipelines and tooling.
• Instinct to build reusable systems and architecture.
• First-principles reasoning about SDKs and ecosystems.
• Production ownership: observability, backward-compatibility.
• Think in developer outcomes, connecting SDK/docs to activation and retention.
