📋 Description

• Frontline technical expert for our developer community.
• Help users deploy and scale Temporal in cloud-native environments.
• Troubleshoot infra, optimize performance, and automate solutions.
• Work with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Use Go, Python, and Java to automate infrastructure and tune performance.
• Independently drive technical solutions and design infra best practices for reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of development experience; proficient in Python, Java, Go, TypeScript.
• Deployment and management of medium-large architectures (Kubernetes or Docker).
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana; troubleshoot performance and availability.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience with remote teams.
