Staff DevOps

📋 Description

• Architect and scale core services, real-time data pipelines, and distributed infra.
• Build and maintain highly available backend systems and cloud infra for real-time AI apps.
• Apply IaC and cloud-native tooling to production, staging, and development environments.
• Build and manage stream-processing jobs for global, high-frequency data with ultra-low latency.
• Collaborate with AI Research/Engineering/DS to containerize, deploy, and monitor scalable ML infra.
• Own the full development lifecycle from design to deployment, monitoring, and capacity planning.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend systems, distributed infra.
• Proficiency in Java, Python and/or Rust; high-performance, concurrent backend code.
• Production experience with stream-processing frameworks, specifically Apache Flink.
• Containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) with network policies, storage, and auto-scaling.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and IaC tools (OpenTofu/Terraform, Ansible); GitOps with Argo CD.
