Staff DevOps Developer

📋 Description

• Own platform and integration layer for Visier Vector AI.
• Design multi-cloud infra across AWS & Azure with VPCs, subnets, endpoints.
• Write Python code and API integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Gong, Gainsight.
• Build MCP servers and RAG retrieval services for governed agent access.
• Implement IaC and modern CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory.
• Define security controls, monitoring, cost governance, and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development and DevOps with end-to-end architecture ownership; CS degree preferred.
• Strong Python production mastery; write clean logic and scalable API integrations.
• Terraform expertise; AWS and Azure managed services.
• Cloud networking (VPCs, routing, TLS) and security practices (OAuth, SAML, Okta, secrets, RBAC).
• Docker & Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions).
• RAG pipelines, vector search, agent frameworks, tool-calling interfaces, prompt risks.
