Lead design, implementation, and improvement of production platforms and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build resilient infra and deployment patterns.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, promoting standards.
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support critical services.
Drive standardisation, automation, and documentation to reduce overhead.
Contribute across the full lifecycle from design to operation and optimisation.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform eng roles.
Kubernetes at scale and container orchestration.
IaC with Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
OO language skills plus scripting and automation.
Security principles across infra, platforms, services.
Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/OCI); monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana; Elasticsearch prod preferred.
